Keelan Cole Yahoo Ownership: 48%
Donte Moncrief Yahoo Ownership: 8%
The Jacksonville Jaguars' wide receiver situation was a murky one for fantasy football purposes this season. Even after Marqise Lee was lost for the year, we were left with Donte Moncrief, Dede Westbrook and Keelan Cole to pick from.
Week 1 didn't give us much clarity, either, as we saw the trio all finish within 2 targets of each other. In Week 2, Cole and Moncrief separated themselves a bit, seeing 8 and 9 targets, respectively, to Westbrook's 5.
Working in Cole's favor is that we also have a reasonable sample size last year in which he saw big volume for the Jags. Over the last three games of the regular season, he averaged 10 targets per game, with no fewer than 8 in any of those contests. He's also owned in nearly half of the leagues on Yahoo, though, so there's a pretty decent chance he's not available in your league.
If that's the case, you can still feel pretty good about getting exposure to the Jacksonville passing game through Moncrief. His 5 targets were second among Jags wideouts in Week 1, and his 9 ranked first in Week 2, giving him a team-high 14 to open the season.
Cole also ranks first in the Jaguars' receiving corps in snaps this season, having been on the field for 74.6% of the team's offensive snaps. Moncrief has played only 4 fewer, at 68.3%, while Westbrook trails way behind at 49.2%.
