The Thursday night matchup between the Cleveland Browns and New York Jets boasts an over/under of just 39.0 points, the lowest in Week 3. With two top-five defenses, per our metrics, we shouldn't expect either offense to have much success, and that puts both fantasy defenses in streamer consideration.

The Jets' defense only has four sacks on the season, but they've forced seven turnovers, second-most in the league through two weeks. On the other side, the Browns' offensive line has shown it's one to attack. Tyrod Taylor has been sacked 10 times through two games, the second-most sacks taken by a quarterback. The Browns have also allowed 16 hits on Taylor, again second-most in the league.

The Jets' defense has posted two top-10 weekly fantasy finishes to start the year and, even though they are a 3.0-point road underdog, they're a top streaming option in what should be a tough-to-watch Thursday night game.
