Baker Mayfield came off the bench and torched the New York Jets in Week 3, completing 17 of 23 passes for 201 yards as he led the Cleveland Browns to a come-from-behind victory. He totaled 9.84 fantasy points in slightly more than a half of a game, and his numbers could have been even better if not for a few dropped passes.

This is Mayfield's team now, and he's a top-shelf streaming option this week in a nice road matchup with the Oakland Raiders. Per our schedule-adjusted metrics, Oakland owns the fourth-worst overall defense and the eighth-worst pass D, and they just surrendered 26.16 fantasy points to Ryan Tannehill.

While Cleveland's 21.0-point implied total isn't a sexy number, our models project Mayfield as this week's QB13. An elite prospect surrounded by good pass-game weapons, Mayfield is a high-upside streamer this week, and he could end up being a viable rest-of-season play.
