Week 3 didn't provide many positive outcomes for our streaming choices. Only the Cleveland Browns came through with a top-12 score on the week, finishing as the ninth-best fantasy defense. The New York Jets were decent, finishing 18th, but the Dallas Cowboys were a huge letdown, finishing outside the top-20.

Overall, though, we're still streaming a top-10 defense weekly. Through three weeks, our top streaming option is averaging 9.0 points per game, which would rank as the eighth-best fantasy defense.

For Week 4, we're targeting two home favorites and one team facing a rookie quarterback making his first start on the season.

As always, every week in this column we search the waiver wire to identify low-owned teams set up with a great matchup. The focus will be on teams owned in about 50% or fewer of Yahoo fantasy leagues. Our goal is to identify teams poised as a top-12 scorer (start-able in standard leagues) for that given week.
