The Seattle Seahawks are no longer the imposing defense of past years, but this week they face off against the Arizona Cardinals and rookie Josh Rosen, who will be making his first-career start.

The Cardinals' inept offense has been a great one to target through three weeks, although that came with Sam Bradford at the helm. Every D/ST to face the Cardinals has come away with a top-10 fantasy finish so far this season.

Although the Seahawks lost a lot of talent on defense over the offseason, they rank as the ninth-best unit, per our schedule-adjusted metrics, and they are coming off back-to-back top-10 fantasy finishes. Last week against the Dallas Cowboys, the Seahawks sacked Dak Prescott five times and forced three turnovers. That brings the Seahawks forced turnovers total to eight on the season, the second-best mark in the league.

Even as a 3.0-point road underdog, the Seahawks' defense is a solid streaming option against a rookie quarterback making his first start.
