3 Fantasy Football Quarterback Streaming Options for Week 5
Matched up against an exploitable Chiefs defense, Blake Bortles could be in for a boom performance. Which other signal-callers should you scoop up off the waiver wire this week?

Joe Flacco, Baltimore Ravens

Yahoo Ownership: 25%

Joe Flacco is playing some good football this season. He's thrown for at least 277 yards in three of four games, and he's got 8 touchdowns to just 2 interceptions. He enters Week 5 as the season-long QB14 fresh off a 363-yard, 2-score shredding of the Steelers in a divisional road game.

He's got another AFC North road game this week, taking on the Browns in Cleveland. In terms of the defense he's facing, this is a rough matchup for Flacco, much tougher than the game at Pittsburgh. According to our metrics, the Browns boast the second-best pass defense and second-best overall defense. In both categories, it's the Baltimore D as the lone unit ahead of Cleveland, so this game could be a low-scoring one.

But the over/under is a not-terrible 47.0 points, with Baltimore being a 3.0-point favorite and carrying a 25.0-point implied total. Oddsmakers are buying in to the Ravens' 3-1 start, and so are our models as we have them as the NFL's second-best team.

Plus, Derek Carr just took a flamethrower to the Browns' defense, blasting them for 437 yards and 4 scores on his way to 31.58 fantasy points.

We project Flacco as the QB25 this week, so if you're desperate, plug him in and hope he stays hot.
