3 Daily Fantasy Football Players to Avoid in Week 6
Despite his strong start to the season, a tough positional matchup and the potential for an unfriendly game-script make Stefon Diggs someone to fade.

Ezekiel Elliott, RB, Dallas Cowboys

FanDuel Price: $8,100
DraftKings Price: $7,000

Looking at the other side of the Jaguars/Cowboys' game, Ezekiel Elliott checks in with an intriguingly low price-tag relative to his abilities, especially at just $7,000 on DraftKings. If you subscribe to the notion that defenses do, in fact, matter, then Zeke sticks out as a guy we should be avoiding this week, despite the friendly price tag.

Jacksonville ranks in the top half of the league in terms of rush defense (4.0 yards per carry allowed), and, as was mentioned with Blake Bortles, pace is a real concern in this matchup. With a limited number of plays on both sides, Zeke's likely inefficiency coupled with a slight decrease in volume puts a real damper on his fantasy projection for this week.

Elliott has been getting fed early-on, but he has left some meat on the bone. Despite getting at least 18 touches in all five games so far, he has only topped 100 total yards twice. The overall struggles of the Cowboys' offense have rendered Elliott a matchup-dependent play, at least in cash games, and the matchup this week is one we need to steer clear of.
