The Pittsburgh Steelers come off a Week 7 bye to host the 2-4-1 Cleveland Browns. This will be the second meeting between these two teams as they played to a tie in Week 1, although that was with Tyrod Taylor at quarterback. It's now Baker Mayfield under center, but that has led to productive fantasy outings for opposing defenses.

In each of Mayfield's four starts this season, opposing defenses have posted a top-10 fantasy finish. Even the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, who rank as the league's 4th-worst defense, per our metrics, posted a top-10 fantasy finish last week.

Over Mayfield's 4 starts, he has thrown 5 interceptions and has been sacked 17 times. In fact, Mayfield has been sacked five times in each of the past three games.

Meanwhile, Pittsburgh has been one of the league's best defenses at pressuring the quarterback. The Steelers rank second in the league in both sacks (22) and quarterback hits (49) despite already having their bye. The Steelers have recorded multiple sacks in all but one game this season, and they sacked Taylor seven times in the Week 1 matchup between these teams.

The Steelers are an 8.0-point home favorite in this matchup and are just as attractive of a streaming option as the Patriots.
