8 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 10
Maurice Harris led Washington in targets last week, and he draws a great matchup against Tampa Bay on Sunday. Which other low-owned players could go off in Week 10?

Jalen Richard, RB, Oakland Raiders

On the surface, seeing only four targets in a game in which the Oakland Raiders were blown out by 31 points is a terrible sign for Jalen Richard, a player whose value relies on passing-game work.

But looking at it that way is deceiving. As a team, despite the blowout, Oakland threw the ball only 25 times, meaning Richard's 4 targets still accounted for a reasonable 16% share of the team's total -- a team-high for the week.

He also turned in 8 targets in each of the two games before that, playing at least 40% of the team's offensive snaps in both.

Richard's 48 targets rank sixth among running backs this season, and while he may not have much of a ceiling in this low-powered offense, those targets give him a terrific floor as a stopgap option in PPR leagues.
