10 Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Targets Heading Into Week 11
After spending much of the season on the sideline, Rashaad Penny rose from the grave in Week 10 and could be in for an increased role moving forward. Which other players are worth picking up?

Doug Martin, RB, Oakland Raiders

Yahoo Ownership: 45%

Oakland Raiders’ coach Jon Gruden loves him some Doug Martin. Enough said.

Since Marshawn Lynch went down for the season, Martin has been the clear early-down leader in the Raiders' backfield

Martin hasn’t been great, but he’s been steady. On Sunday, before things got out of hand against the Chargers, Martin rushed 15 times for 61 yards, also hauling in 3 passes for 31 yards.

Jalen Richard's presence as a pass-game maven dings Martin's value, but Martin has seen 13, 11 and 15 carries in the last three games. Volume alone makes him a decent bench option. And in games in which Oakland isn't going to be a big underdog -- not many, admittedly, but something that is the case for Week 11's clash with the Arizona Cardinals -- Martin could see an increased workload. You could do worse if you're in a bye-week crunch.
