One of our favorite tight end streaming options the last few weeks, Jonnu Smith of the Tennessee Titans remains available in over three-quarters of fantasy leagues and makes our list, once again, for Week 13.

Ever since the Titans’ Week 8 bye, Smith has been on fire, collecting the sixth-most PPR points (49.5) of any tight end. Smith's fantasy fortunes have been given a boost by his penchant for scoring touchdowns. The second-year tight end has found the end zone in three of his last four games, which includes a 61-yard catch-and-run in the Titans’ loss on Monday night. In those four games, Smith has averaged 46.3 yards on 3.3 catches, for 12.4 PPR points per game. In Week 13, he has a tough but beatable matchup against the New York Jets.

The Jets have limited opposing tight ends to fewer than three catches per game, but have allowed touchdowns on four of those catches (13.7%). Just last week, Rob Gronkowski of the New England Patriots hauled in one, while finishing with 3 catches and 56 yards. The Titans also carry a robust implied point total (25.0) this Sunday, leaving a good chance Smith reaches the end zone once again.
