No back is poised to handle more of his team's offensive duties this season than Jamaal Charles, who will be the primary rusher and best receiver for the Chiefs as they seek to follow up their surprising 2013 campaign. Charles carried the ball 260 times last season and caught an additional 70 passes, and was well above average in both phases of the position using our Net Expected Points (NEP) metrics. He's so good as a runner and a receiver that he's never going to be taken out of a game by a defense, because he'll always find a way to get into space and make plays.
