As the fantasy football season nears, I’ve noticed more and more owners practicing a wide receiver heavy approach. Teams drafting in the latter part of the first round find themselves with a conundrum – do you take riskier, unproven runners, or do you go with two reliable, consistent, high-end receivers?
If the latter approach is the route you choose to stroll down, you must remember two things. First, you’re most likely going to want to go on a running back tear in Rounds 3 through 6. Second, you’re going to want to take a look at our projections to make sure you take the best available receiver when he falls into your lap.
Let's see which wide receivers - in standard leagues (which won't differentiate aside from a few guys in point-per-reception ones) - you should be targeting early in your fantasy drafts.
