10 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 4
On top of the injuries around the league, bye weeks have begun. Which fill-ins might be able to help in Week 4?

James Jones, WR, Oakland Raiders

I recommended James Jones last week because of his target numbers. He was just third on the team in targets in Week 3, but did lead the team in receiving yards - just 43. That was less about Jones and more about the game, a tight contest with the Patriots with much less scoring than anticipated.

Derek Carr was very inefficient (21-of-34 for 174 yards), but Rod Streater suffered a broken foot, so Jones should see another significant portion of the targets in Week 4 against the Dolphins.

The Dolphins are pretty solid against receivers but have allowed 6 catches for 95 yards to Julian Edelman in Week 1 and 8 catches for 117 yards and a touchdown to Sammy Watkins in Week 2.
