There's a lot of competition for targets in Philadelphia, but you simply can't deny the talent that shoots out of Jordan Matthews. He's just too good to be held down for too long, and he simply exploded in Week 3 and stayed relatively hot in Week 4.
It's unlikely he'll ever compete with Jeremy Maclin for top wide receiver targets, but he'll carve out 8-10 on his best days and provide some great value in PPR leagues without much downside. The Eagles offense is simply too efficient and too quick to leave Matthews without significant opportunities to score, particularly if they continue to have trouble running the ball.
