Let's keep this one simple: the Jaguars are a work in progress. Blake Bortles regressed in Week 5 against a pretty weak Pittsburgh secondary, while Toby Gerhart has been straight awful in his supposed breakout year.

One nice surprise has been the dual Allens - Allen Robinson and Allen Hurns, two rookies who are solidifying themselves as names to watch. While both are reasonable pickups, Robinson gets the slight edge on usage; he's the leader in targets and snaps among the wide recever corps, topping out with 11 targets and 95% snaps in Week 5. Remember Cecil Shorts? Yeah, neither do we.
