The "eye test" is dumb and I usually hate it, but in the case of Antone Smith (and Chris Ivory and Jerick McKinnon, for that matter), it's completely obvious. How in the world is Steven Jackson getting twice the touches as this guy?
He's got 17 total touches and 4 touchdowns. Of those 17 touches, he's got plays of 38, 48, 54, and now 74 yards. It's only a matter time, right? Right?!
If you've got the bench space, he's worth it. He's the biggest boom or bust player since Devin Hester, but when and if the Falcons realize what they have, your patience will be rewarded.
