This isn't the first time I've recommended Mychal Rivera, which sort of makes me happy because I wasn't completely off-base in my previous recommendations of the Raiders' tight end.
Rivera has averaged 6.3 receptions in his last three games, which is absurd for a tight end. He also has three touchdowns in those three games.
On 8 targets in Week 10, Rivera secured 6 catches for 64 yards and a touchdown. Against the Chargers, who have been on the downward swing defensively, Rivera should be able to continue his success. And if the Chargers start playing offense like they used to, then Rivera makes for a garbage-time hero.
