Shaun Hill isn't who you want to lead your favorite team into the playoffs, but in fantasy football, things are different. Matchups dictate production for players who aren't obvious, every-week starters.

The matchup for Hill in Week 14 couldn't be much nicer. According to our Net Expected Points (NEP) metrics, Washington has the worst pass defense in the league, and they just allowed five touchdowns to Andrew Luck.

Hill isn't Luck, but he did take advantage of another generous matchup in Week 13, accumulating over 20 fantasy points in a blowout against the Oakland Raiders.
