Well, so much for Drew Brees not being able to play outside of the Superdome.
On Sunday, Brees marched into Pittsburgh and threw five touchdown passes against the Steelers. His Passing NEP ended at 17.89 on the day, which was roughly 11 points better than opponent Ben Roethlisberger's. It was easily his best road game of the year, not factoring strength of schedule. (Not factoring in the Steelers' tremendously bad defense.)
Brees gets one more away game for fantasy football purposes, and it's in Chicago. With Carolina and Atlanta anchoring that contest - both home games - Brees should have no trouble producing in the fantasy playoffs.
