Stedman Bailey essentially produced an egg large enough to make omelets for every person on the 1979 "We Are Family!" Pittsburgh Pirates championship team, and it was Jared Cook who was Shaun Hill's favorite target.

It's difficult to say that he'll keep it up, which is why I'd recommend Chandler first, but the upside is there and certainly the lack of NFL-caliber competition for targets is there too.
