Cecil Shorts ($5,000)

The obvious excitement in the Texans' passing offense this year has been courtesy of Deandre Hopkins, but a bit lost in the shuffle have been Houston's other receivers. The Texans are running plays at one of the fastest paces in the league and are averaging a league-high 50.2 passing plays per game, dwarfing the league average of 37.9.

Cecil Shorts missed the Texans' Thursday night game last week with a shoulder injury but is apparently ahead of schedule on his recovery and intends to play on Sunday.

Shorts has seen eight or more targets in each of his games this season and has racked up 39 through 4 games, the second highest on the team in that span.

The Jaguars have struggled to defend the pass this year, ranking 30th in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP on a per-play basis. With a likely heavy workload and a soft matchup, Shorts has a very safe fantasy point floor this week.
