10 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 7
Four fantasy-relevant NFL teams are on bye in Week 7, opening the door for plenty of sleepers to post high fantasy finishes.

Ryan Fitzpatrick, QB, New York Jets

With the way that the New England Patriots are playing (they are second in our power rankings), it should be trickier to roster players against them than it has been. But they're basically middle-of-the-pack in plays faced per game, and their defensive efficiency, based on our metrics, isn't exactly scary. Their pass defense ranks 30th on a per-play basis after adjusting for schedule.

Couple this with the fact that the Jets themselves are fifth in our power ranks, and this could be a close contest. That helps make Ryan Fitzpatrick a strong target in Week 7. Fitzpatrick has tallied at least 13 fantasy points in each of his games so far, and Brandon Weeden is the only quarterback in five games that the Patriots have held to fewer than 16 fantasy points.

Fitzpatrick finished last week fourth among fantasy quarterbacks. Don't bank on that huge upside again, but Fitzpatrick in this matchup sounds like something you can bank on for a safe floor with a potentially high ceiling.
