Marvin Jones is far removed from his 2013 breakout. His Reception NEP (28.01) ranks just 36th among 59 receivers with at least 30 targets, and his per-target Reception NEP (0.74) is just 27th. But he's flashed his upside in certain games and has twice topped 90 yards. He has three touchdowns this year, spread out through his last five contests, as well.

This week, the matchup in Pittsburgh might seem tough, but the Steelers rank 13th in Adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play and 19th in fantasy points against wide receivers. Also of note, he draws a great matchup with Antwon Blake.
