10 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 13
Ryan Fitzpatrick had a bounce-back game in Week 12. Can he keep it up this week?

DeVante Parker, WR, Miami Dolphins

Finally ready to seize his opportunity, rookie DeVante Parker is expected to start against the Baltimore Ravens this week in Rishard Matthews' absence. The talented young received managed to post 80 receiving yards and a touchdown last week in relief of Matthews.

In a dream matchup with a Ravens' pass defense that has allowed the third most fantasy points to wide receivers this season, Parker should be in line for 6-8 targets this week. Miami is expected to move back towards the running game with Bill Lazor's firing, but we've heard this from them before. Don't let the hyperbole this team has continually doled out over the past few years throw you off too much -- the Ravens are no cakewalk to run on (8th overall in Adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP per play) so even if they plan to attempt to run the ball more, they'll likely be forced to air it out plenty.

Roll Parker out if you're in need of a fill-in at your flex spot or a deeper league WR3/4.
