With Rishard Matthews out, DeVante Parker has been starting at receiver for the Dolphins and has played well doing it.

His 0.75 Reception NEP per target ranks 35th among the 117 wide receivers to see at least 25 targets on the year and is the best among the healthy Dolphins receivers. His sample size as a starter is small, but he had 60-plus yards and a touchdown in each of his first two starts.

He'll have a great matchup this week, against a San Diego Chargers' defense that ranks 28th against the pass with a 0.19 schedule-adjusted Defensive Passing NEP per play. Parker is a bit of a boom-or-bust play, but his efficiency has been great, and he has a soft matchup this week.
