10 Fantasy Football Sleepers for Week 15
Derek Carr may have carried your team to the playoffs, but can you trust him in your lineup this week?

Jacob Tamme, TE, Atlanta Falcons

While Jacob Tamme hasn't had much success of late, a matchup with a Jacksonville Jaguars team surrendering the fourth most points to the tight end position this year should help to correct this.

Despite serving as the de facto second target in this offense, Tamme hasn't seen much of an increase in production since Leonard Hankerson was placed on IR. As a road underdog in this game, we should see Atlanta take to the air often to keep pace with Jacksonville's high-scoring offense, which could translate into increased opportunities for the veteran tight end.

Tamme is far from an elite option, but he is capable of serving as a low-end TE1 this week in a pinch.
