2. Gary Barnidge, Cleveland Browns

One of the more surprising storylines from in 2015 was the emergence of Gary Barnidge.

The 30-year-old in his eighth season had a coming out party in Week 3 against the Oakland Raiders, when he finished with 6 catches for 105 yards and a touchdown.

Barnidge, who never had more than 13 catches in a season, kept rolling after the Raiders game, finishing with 79 receptions for 1,043 yards and 9 touchdowns.

He finished with a 102.21 Reception NEP score, good enough for the second spot in our tight end rankings. His 0.82 Reception NEP per target was third best in the league at the position.
