Fantasy Football: 4 Late-Round Tight Ends to Target
Zach Miller, coming off the board in the 14th round, played well last season and should be in line for steady volume. What other cheap tight ends profile as bargains?

Zach Ertz, TE, Philadelphia Eagles

ADP: 10.09 (122nd overall)

Zach Ertz, like Zach Miller, ended 2015 on a high note. Thanks to some crazy volume and friendly game scripts, Ertz racked up 35 grabs for 450 yards and 1 score over the last four weeks.

Targets Receptions Yards Touchdowns
Week 14 7 5 98 0
Week 15 13 8 78 0
Week 16 17 13 122 1
Week 17 9 9 152 0

Ertz averaged an insane -- and unsustainable -- 11.5 targets per game during that stretch, but game script is something that could work in his favor fairly often as the Philadelphia Eagles have the sixth-worst odds to win the Super Bowl in 2016.

Another feather in Ertz's cap is the fact the Eagles made quite a commitment to him earlier this offseason, signing him to a 5-year, $42.5 million deal.

We have Ertz as the 11th-ranked tight end in our projections, which aligns with his ADP of the TE12. The same expected volume that provides Ertz with a safe floor also gives him a pretty nice ceiling. He's a solid pick this late in the draft.
