The Detroit Lions placed wide receiver Marvin Jones on injured reserve with an ankle injury.
Jones will miss the final three games of the season. His absence could lead to more targets for Danny Amendola and increased scoring opportunities for Kenny Golladay. Jones will be 30 at the start of next season.
Jones caught 62 passes for 779 yards and 9 touchdowns on 91 targets in 13 games this season.
