The Baltimore Ravens placed running back Mark Ingram on the COVID-19 list, reports Mike Garafolo of NFL Network.
Ingram and J.K. Dobbins both tested positive, so neither back will be available for Thursday night's divisional Thanksgiving matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Ingram only played six snaps in Week 11 but the combined absence of him and Dobbins leaves a large void for Gus Edwards as the Ravens' lead back. Justice Hill also figures to be more involved and Baltimore may even promote Ty'Son Williams from the practice squad. Edwards rushed 16 times for 87 yards and a touchdown when the Ravens played the Steelers in Week 8.
Edwards averaged 5.4 yards per carry and scored a season-high 14.7 FanDuel points in that Week 8 contest while only playing 31.7 percent of the Ravens' offensive snaps. Per NFL Next Gen Stats, Edwards is 13th among running backs in rushing yards over expectation per attempt. The Steelers are allowing the second-fewest FanDuel points per game to the running back position this season.
