Arizona Cardinals running back Chase Edmonds (ankle) is questionable to return to Sunday's Week 9 game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Edmonds injured his ankle on one of the very first plays the Cardinals ran. The explosive back was slow to get up after a 3-yard carry, and is now questionable to return to Sunday's game.
With Edmonds sidelined, the Cardinals have already begun utilizing James Conner heavily. The offseason addition has 5 carries for 29 yards and a touchdown already in the first quarter.
