Cleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb tested positive for COVID-19.
Demetric Felton and John Kelly also tested positive and Kareem Hunt (calf) is still on injured reserve, leaving the Browns with D'Ernest Johnson as the only running back currently available. Chubb will need to submit two negative test results at least 24 hours apart in order to be cleared for Week 10 against the New England Patriots. Hunt is eligible to return from IR this week, but there haven't been any indications that he's ready. Johnson filled in as the Browns' lead back in Week 7 and rushed 22 times for 146 yards and a touchdown, and he caught a pair of passes for 22 yards.
Johnson scored 23.8 FanDuel points in that aforementioned Week 7 matchup and logged a 68.7% snap rate while earning 6-of-11 team red-zone opportunities. He has a $5,400 salary on FanDuel in Week 10. The Patriots are ranked 15th this season in Rushing NEP allowed per play.
