Alvin Kamara (knee) ruled out again for Saints against Cowboys
New Orleans Saints running back Alvin Kamara (knee) will not play in Week 13 against the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday night.
Kamara will miss a fourth straight game, but he was able to practice on a limited basis this week and seems to have a solid chance of returning in Week 14. Mark Ingram, who sat out last week with a knee injury, will step back into a workhorse role. Tony Jones Jr. will be available when Ingram needs a breather.
Ingram averaged 22.5 combined carries and targets in the two games he started in place of Kamara. He is the RB5 in numberFire's Week 13 fantasy rankings and has a $12,000 salary on FanDuel's Thursday-only slate. The Cowboys have the No. 23 run defense in numberFire's season-long power rankings.
