Houston Texans wide receiver Brandin Cooks (health protocols) has been ruled out of Week 16's game against the Los Angeles Chargers.
Cooks was not activated from the reserve/COVID list and will miss Sunday's clash with the Chargers. Nico Collins could see additional targets against Los Angeles with Cooks sidelined. Collins will work alongside Chris Conley and Phillip Dorsett in Houston's passing game.
The Texans are 10.5-point underdogs against the Chargers in Week 16. Their implied team total of 17.5 points is the fourth-lowest team total on Sunday's main slate, according to numberFire's DFS Heat Map.
