Buffalo Bills tight end O.J. Howard could be on the cutting block as the preseason nears an end, according to Joe Buscaglia of The Athletic.
Once a very promising prospect, Howard's NFL career hasn't quite panned out. Now with his second team after an up-and-down tenure in Tampa Bay, it seems as though the Alabama product could see his time in Buffalo come to a close as the start of the regular season looms. Dawson Knox is the main option at tight end currently, and Quintin Morris and Tommy Sweeney could round out the positional group to break camp.
Our models currently project Howard for 20.07 catches on 31.17 targets for 245.55 yards and 2.18 touchdowns.
