Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Robbie Anderson will be involved in at least 10-15 plays on Thursday night versus the New Orleans Saints, according to NFL insider Josina Anderson.
"If things are acclimating well off a short-turnaround, they’ll open things up more from there," Josina added. The Cardinals acquired Robbie from the Carolina Panthers on Monday and head coach Kliff Kingsbury previously said the receiver's role will be "very limited" on Thursday night. DeAndre Hopkins will also be making his season debut after serving a six-game suspension.
Anderson has a $7,000 salary on FanDuel's single-game slate and numberFire's models project him for 3.1 targets, 1.9 receptions, and 21.1 yards in his Cardinals debut. The Saints are allowing the seventh-most FanDuel points per game to the wide receiver position this season and their pass defense is No. 19 in our schedule-adjusted metrics.
