San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel (hamstring) practiced in full on Wednesday.
Samuel hadn't practiced since injuring his hamstring in Week 7, but he is now on track to play in Sunday night's game against the Los Angeles Chargers. The arrival of Christian McCaffrey in San Francisco will likely limit Samuel's volume over the rest of the season. However, the divided defensive attention could allow Samuel to be more efficient with his touches. Ray-Ray McCloud and Willie Snead are expected to lose playing time with Samuel back.
The Chargers are No. 13 in FanDuel points allowed per game to wide receivers this season and their pass defense is No. 10 in numberFire's adjusted team metrics.
