New York Jets head coach Robert Saleh said Monday that quarterback Mike White (ribs) still has "a lot of hurdles" to clear before he can return to the field.
It looks like the Jets will head into Week 16 with Zach Wilson handling quarterback duties for the second week in a row, as White is still dealing with multiple rib fractures. While White demonstrated shocking toughness in Week 14 by playing through those injuries, he is likely a long shot for Week 15.
With White sidelined, Wilson will take another start and Joe Flacco will operate as the primary backup. Wilson will draw another solid matchup against the Jacksonville Jaguars in Week 15, whose defense ranks 27th against fantasy quarterbacks in numberFire's models so far this season.
