New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson will start Week 16 against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Thursday night.
Mike White has been ruled out again due to his rib injury, so Wilson will make another start. In his return last week after being benched for three games, the 2021 No. 2 overall pick completed 18 of 35 passes for 317 yards with 2 touchdowns and an interception versus a poor Detroit Lions secondary. Wilson will have another advantageous matchup at home on Thursday versus the Jaguars.
Only five teams allow more Expected Points Added per drop back than the Jaguars this season and only eight teams give up a higher rate of positive pass plays. However, Wilson is still just the QB31 in numberFire's Week 16 rankings. He has a $15,000 salary on FanDuel's single-game slate for Thursday night.
