Arizona Cardinals running back James Conner is excited about the team's new offense under offensive coordinator Drew Petzing.
Asked about Arizona's new offense after watching film of the Cleveland Browns' offense from last season, Conner said "It's exciting seeing the film and watching some of those guys get the lanes and running 10, 15 yards downfield, sometimes untouched. So, yeah, it's exciting. I believe I’m a talented back and it's going to be a big year.” With Petzing in charge of the offense, the Cardinals are expected to feature more running, less passing, and utilize two tight ends more often.
Conner's 2023-24 season projection includes 260.17 carries, 1,118.25 rushing yards, 8.02 rushing touchdowns, 38.18 receptions, 298.28 receiving yards, and 1.27 receiving touchdowns.
