Baltimore Ravens running back Gus Edwards has been healthy and participating in the team's early training camp practices.
It's good to see Edwards on the field so early in training camp after the veteran back dealt with a serious knee injury for much of the last two seasons. While the team works through their tensions with his teammate J.K. Dobbins, Edwards should pick up most of the slack in the Ravens' high-powered rushing attack.
Edwards currently projects as the RB71 in numberFire's early projections, but would see his value skyrocket for fantasy if Dobbins isn't cleared before Week 1. Even while working his way back from injury, Edwards still averaged 5.0 yards per carry last season.
