Las Vegas Raiders running back Josh Jacobs has agreed to a 1-year deal, according to Tom Pelissero of NFL Network.
Jacobs had been holding out from Raiders' camp due to his contract situation - the team placed the franchise tag on him earlier in the offseason. Now, he has agreed to a 1-year deal worth up to $12 million, compared to the $10.1M tag he received. He'll now report to camp and assume his role as the featured back in Vegas' offense. Zamir White, Ameer Abdullah and Brandon Bolden will now be complementary options.
numberFire currently projects Jacobs for 1,317.1 rushing yards and 10.6 touchdowns to go along with 35.3 catches on 49.0 targets for 228.9 yards and 1.7 scores this season.
