Tampa Bay Buccaneers undrafted rookie running back Sean Tucker is second behind Rachaad White on the Week 1 depth chart.
Tucker beat out veterans Chase Edmonds and Ke'Shawn Vaughn for the primary backup role to begin the season. He joined the Buccaneers as an undrafted free agent this offseason and then led the team in rushing in the preseason. White is expected to begin the season in a workhorse role, but if he struggles to produce, Tucker could take on meaningful snaps and touches.
Tucker rushed 23 times for 81 yards in the preseason and caught 5 passes for 22 yards. numberFire's models project him for 5.7 carries, 23.6 rushing yards, 1.3 receptions, and 9.4 receiving yards in Week 1 against the Minnesota Vikings. Tucker has a $4,200 salary on the first main slate of the NFL season.
