New England Patriots running back Rhamondre Stevenson (undisclosed) was not seen at practice on Friday, per Mike Reiss of ESPN.
Ezekiel Elliott was working as the Patriots' top running back during the portion of Friday's practice that was available to the media. Stevenson has not been listed on the team’s injury report this week, but the Patriots should provide an update Friday afternoon. If Stevenson winds up not being available for Week 1 against the Philadelphia Eagles, Elliott will likely be the primary back and Ty Montgomery will handle some pass-catching duties.
Stevenson ($7,000) is the RB13 in numberFire's Week 1 rankings and our models project him for 13.2 FanDuel points, with 14.9 carries, 66.9 rushing yards, 2.8 receptions, and 17.8 receiving yards. Zeke ($5,400) is projected for 6.9 carries and Montgomery ($4,700) is projected for 1.5 targets with Stevenson active.
