Chicago Bears wide receiver Darnell Mooney did not suffer a serious knee injury in Sunday's 27-17, Week 2 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Mooney aggravated a knee injury in the loss that he suffered in the Bears' regular-season opener against the Green Bay Packers. However, it sounds like he should be available for Week 3 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Mooney played 15 snaps and didn't draw any targets before leaving early on Sunday.
In Week 1, Mooney led the Bears with a 19.4% target share and 53.5% air yard share. He also had the highest average depth of target (8.7) among the Bears wideouts. That resulted in 13.3 FanDuel points, via 4 catches (7 targets), 53 yards, and a touchdown. The Chiefs are No. 13 in FanDuel points allowed per game to opposing wide receivers this season.
