Los Angeles Chargers tight end Donald Parham Jr. will not return Sunday in the team's Week 4 game against the Las Vegas Raiders.
Parham was originally deemed questionable to return due to a wrist injury. Now, he has officially been ruled out for the rest of the evening. Stone Smartt could see some work behind Gerald Everett.
