New York Giants quarterback Daniel Jones (neck) remains limited at practice on Thursday.
Jones is throwing at practice for a second consecutive day, but he still hasn't been cleared for contact. Tyrod Taylor will make another start if Jones isn't cleared in time for Sunday's Week 7 game against the Washington Commanders. Wan'Dale Robinson (knee) led the Giants in targets (8) with Taylor under center last week, followed by Darren Waller (7), and Darius Slayton (5).
Jones is the QB16 in numberFire's Week 7 rankings and our models project him for 14.7 FanDuel points, with 192.2 passing yards, 0.86 touchdowns, 0.6 interceptions, and 31.3 rushing yards. The Commanders are allowing the third-most FanDuel points per game to quarterbacks this season and their pass defense is sixth-worst in the NFL, according to numberFire's opponent-adjusted NEP model.
