Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Tyler Lockett (hamstring) did not practice on Wednesday for Week 8 against the Cleveland Browns.
Lockett was limited in practice last week by his hamstring issue and he matched his season-low in offensive snap rate (71%) on Sunday, even with DK Metcalf sidelined. If Lockett is restricted or unavailable for Week 8, there will be larger opportunities for rookies Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Jake Bobo.
Lockett is the WR21 in numberFire's Week 8 PPR rankings and our models project him for 10.4 FanDuel points, with 7.5 targets, 4.8 receptions, and 58.3 yards. The Browns are allowing the second-fewest FanDuel points per game to wideouts and their pass defense ranks first based on numberFire’s opponent-adjusted NEP model.
