New York Giants running back Saquon Barkley (elbow) was limited again at Wednesday's practice for Week 8 against the New York Jets.
Barkley injured his elbow last week versus the Washington Commanders, but he still racked up over 100 yards from scrimmage for the first time this season and scored his first touchdown since Week 2. The 26-year-old all-purpose back will be ready for a heavy workload again on Sunday when the Giants face the Jets.
Saquon is the RB9 in numberFire's Week 8 PPR rankings and our models project him for 14.1 FanDuel points, with 18.2 carries, 75.0 rushing yards, 3.4 receptions, and 20.6 receiving yards. The Jets are No. 22 in FanDuel points allowed per game to running backs and their run defense is No. 16 in numberFire's opponent-adjusted NEP model.
